Sunflower

An abstract work such as this deserves a daily divination award! I'm greatly surprised that not yet one person has written a critique on this piece. Looking closely you can see the many different shapes used to make this work. The many shapes have been highlighted in many places to give the idea of depth and mass. What struck me most was the fluid look of it all. The flower almost looks as though it's coming out of a bed of water. Much of this affect looks as though it is achieved through carefully placing many polygons. One thing that could make this picture better, may be figuring out what may go on the flowers surface. It seems to plain with all the complex things surrounding it. But that is only my opinion. This is a wonderful piece of art that will last in peoples minds for ages.
